A DAY TO REST

Shifted to our new apartment,
got busy with Diwali
Shopping, Eating
most of all Decorating d house.

Now I feel to mess it up

Lay in bed, sit in balcony,

jump around in sofa, bed.

watch d sky and

listen to ever green Kishor Kumar songs

and to birds whispering. 

I miss my bi-cycle

I am an army brat and I miss the big open green space 

where I used to ride bicycle with friends everywhere in cantonment.

Sleep over with friends.

Good old vacation and trips with family and cousins.

Not the least, I miss my pillow fight with my best friend - my dad.
